Year 9-10 Design Technology (Food)
This subject is designed to enhance your knowledge and skills in food preparation. You will learn about the design process and independently develop solutions to a design brief. You will cover topics such as nutrition, labelling and marketing, technology in the kitchen, food and culture, and food wastage.
What do you do?
You will attend an excursion to CERES to enhance your knowledge of the environmental impact of food waste. The cost of the excursion will need to be covered by you.

Design Process Food
You will require access to a kitchen and a camera to take photos of your production work. You will need to cover the cost of the food.
